Erik’s career began in the cultural sector, where he worked at the Guggenheim Museum, the New York Public Library, and the Parrish Art Museum. These roles strengthened his eye for design, storytelling, and audience engagement—skills that now elevate every listing he represents.

He later built a highly respected career in real estate marketing as a Regional Marketing Director for a luxury real estate firm. As a professional real estate photographer and FAA Certified Drone Pilot, Erik produces compelling visual content that captures a property’s full character and appeal. His aerial photography, architectural sensibility, and commitment to precision help buyers connect with homes from the very first impression.

Erik studied architecture at Penn State University, developing a deep appreciation for structure, design, and spatial flow. He later earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Temple University, graduating Cum Laude, further sharpening his ability to communicate with clarity and purpose.

Beyond real estate, Erik is an avid outdoors enthusiast. He enjoys nature and wildlife photography, kayaking, and exploring the many parks and trails of Palm Coast, Flagler County and northeast Florida with his family and his terrier mix, Spartacus. His connection to the natural landscape enriches his understanding of the region and the lifestyle it offers.
