He later built a highly respected career in real estate marketing as a Regional Marketing Director for a luxury real estate firm. As a professional real estate photographer and FAA Certified Drone Pilot, Erik produces compelling visual content that captures a property’s full character and appeal. Erik studied architecture at Penn State University, developing a deep appreciation for structure, design, and spatial flow. He later earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Temple University, graduating Cum Laude, further sharpening his ability to communicate with clarity and purpose.

Beyond real estate, Erik is an avid outdoors enthusiast. He enjoys nature and wildlife photography, kayaking, and exploring the many parks and trails of Palm Coast, Flagler County and northeast Florida with his family and his terrier mix, Spartacus.
